Cooperation with regions is an important part of our activity. During implementation of our infrastructural projects, we consult both private investors (international and Russian consortiums, banks, international financial institutions), and public authorities at all levels.
Orenburg Region is a promising subject, where SPP could find a more intense development. If we achieve to improve investment climate in the region, then we will consider our cooperation worthwhile. Hopefully, we will get there.
Next year we have prospects of collaborating with other subjects of Russian Federation. We want to contribute to the development of SPP in Russia and CIS.
RBS and Corporation for Development of Orenburg Region (CDOR) agreed upon cooperation. They will develop mutual infrastructure-projects in the context of PPP.
The parties are planning to share experience and expert knowledge. Besides, RBS will help CDOR improve investment attractiveness of the local markets.
While working on the mutual projects, the partners will support each other from consulting, informational and legal perspectives. Specifically, experts from RBS will participate in advisory panels, organized by CDOR within Orenburg Region.
