In RBS we have started to provide business digitalization services.
In April 2020 RBS underwent structural changes. A new division for digital transformation of business has appeared. Victoria Arabina, previously working on senior manager positions in Moscow Government and in “Delovaya sreda” within PJSC “Sberbank”, has now been appointed as a new partner and leading manager of the division.
The main technological goal at any point of our society development is to optimize processes, to help people reach their goals more quickly and more efficiently. But today this goal has revealed its qualitatively new nature. World of technologies has stepped into a new age, first as an addition, now as something that actively participates in its formation. Each and every company, no matter what field it belongs to, understands how deeply its productiveness depends on implementation of new technologies. Our team understands it and seeks to become a guide in the world of technologies for all of our partners and customers. Today we support companies from the standpoint of awareness and their employees’ corporate culture, changing their perception of current work-processes, as well as of a project as a whole. During my career, I have always chosen most difficult, but at the same time most perspective directions. That is why I am certain that in spite of a large volume of work to do, my team and I will go through qualitative changes, capitalization growth and better loyalty towards our customer’s enterprises, development and promotion of our own digital and ecosystem products.

Within this direction RBS team provides services such as: implementation of end-to-end technologies to optimize business-processes, improvement of client attraction channels, business development and access to new markets, international markets included, as well as design of platform solutions and their promotion.
