Pavel Rusetskiy on RBC-channel told on perspectives of IPO for Russian retailers

The expert draw attention to the fact, that, on the one hand, it is favorable time for the stock market because of the relatively low key interest rates held by the central banks in order to stimulate circulation of currency. On the other hand, in the context of crisis there is always a risk to repeat unsuccessful IPO of “Diksi” on the eve of 2008.

“In conditions of high turbulence on the stock markets many businesses should consider other ways of borrowing – for example, private investors and investment funds” – says Pavel Rusetskiy. “Those retailers, who want to be successful on Russian market, should consider on-line trade” – he told.

I think, on-line sales are more than relevant for the Russian market. The fact is that this market is not very developed one yet or better to say, it is easier to get a foothold there. That is why companies, who add to their packet “digital”, online-retail or just on-line communications with their clients, have more chances of successfully drawing investors and above all prove their viability.
– told Pavel Rusetskiy.
